Still building overall conditioning. Now training includes some substantial VO2 max-type work once or twice a week, in addition to significant amounts of riding at or slightly below lactate threshold.
I'm an amateur cyclist who thought it might be a good idea to create a simple blog with info from my training log and various things about cycling and training, for whoever might be interested. I don't presume to be an expert, nor do I presume to be interesting, but all the same, people sometimes about my training and racing, so perhaps this will be of interest to one or two people.
